Strategic Plan

San Francisco 2026

  • Late 2025–Early 2026: build EACH’s advisory circle + recruit co-directors; establish an inaugural culture circle; finalize collective agreements and circle practices.
  • First half of 2026: run one pilot culture circle in San Francisco (3–5 artists, meeting twice monthly) and gather seed funding.
  • After 6 months of consistent practice: based on agreements + a personal/artistic development plan,
  • EACH will distribute input capital to the circle’s pooled fund.
  • Late 2026: reflect, refine, and begin distilling what we learn into templates + onboarding frameworks so that the model becomes replicable.

EACH will operate as a fiscally sponsored project during this pilot and development phase. Once fiscal sponsorship is established, we’ll begin seeking seed supporters and aligned grant opportunities.

The Ask: How You Can Plug In

1) Join the Advisory Circle

I’m building a group of advisors across arts, philanthropy, ecology, contemplation, financial management, and coaching — people willing to help strengthen the concept, partnerships, and pilot design. I am hoping to meet quarterly with advisors and ask that you be willing to provide occasional warm introductions. If you are interested in advising, please contact me!

2) Explore Co-Directorship

My door is open for co-directors who want to help hold the hub—program design, partnerships, and operations.

3) Schedule a conversation

If you’re an artist, community member, potential partner, or early supporter, I’d love to talk and see what alignment is possible. This project is for EACH of us!
